Job Outline

Our Pop Music Tour gives you the opportunity to perform with purpose, delivering engaging musical workshops to inspire secondary students to learn English through songs and conversation.

If you are a singer/guitarist who loves working with teenage students, this tour is perfect for you. We are running one Pop Music Tour in 2026 with two musicians.

Workshops

We have two Pop Music presentations focussing on different topics. These workshops are run independently by each musician.

Pop Top 40: CEFR A1/2 and B1
Music for Civics: CEFR A1/2 and B1

Rehearsal agreements

Dates: 19th - 24th January
Accommodation: shared room, breakfast and lunch
Payment: €300

Tour agreements

You will be working an average of up to six contact hours a day, at multiple schools, with travel afterwards which may include distances of 100km and upwards. Performers will be required to work Saturdays in certain areas.

Dates: January - May (exact dates TBC)
Accommodation: Shared room, breakfast (if provided by the hotel/ B & B)
Payment: €300 per week with the successful completion of work. Car/petrol costs and work insurance are also covered by Educo.
